Tekkie Town - Poor customer service
On Sunday the 5th July 2020 me and my wife went to Tekkie Town Bay West Mall. As we entered the shop there were no one at the door to sanities our hands. A lady came running towards us with a bottle of sanitizer. She first sprayed sanitizer on my wife's hands then without looking at me she started sprayed sanitizer all over my clothes. The sanitizer used is not a "mist" type but rather a "jell" type liquid. When I brought it to her attention she became rude and turned around and walked away. When my wife got to the pay point the same lady was there again she was very rude towards my wife. If it was not that my wife found a pair of black shoes she was looking for, for months we would have left the store. What I can promise you is the following, we WILL NEVER AGAIN buy anything from that store or any other Tekkie Town again. I will also share my views with friends and colleges regarding the welcoming service one can expect from Tekkie Town.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
