YYBS Collections Amazon Vendor review: Ubeesize 67" camera tripod

I purchased a camera tripod from this company. The product arrived broken, see photo. The product is clearly poorly made, as are the majority of Chinese products. The company did offer to replace the tripod, I declined the offer as I did not want yet another poor quality product they was clearly have no quality control at this Chinese distributor. YYBS Collections response that the issue must have been caused by misuse of the product. The video camera, to be used on the tripod weighs a few ounces, so even if the tripod had not arrived broken, the weight of the camera would never have caused this issue. Considering the fact, that I am a 65 year old Degreed Professional, it is fairly likely that I know how to use a tripod. The bottom line is that this company, sells an inferior product, and them when called on it, blames the customer. YYBS Collections response that the issue must have been caused by misuse of the product.
