I ordered your youthology eye serum & Clinical Essentials & 90 - second lip-line smoother, picked it up Dec. 23 rd. I was so excited that it arrived before New Years Eve, because I could, nt wait to go to our big party! Getting ready for our party, showered washed my wash and first tried the 90 second lip smoother and it worked fantastic, next, eye serum, I read the instructions, 2 clicks, nothing, 2 clicks again, nothing, so I tried the second tube, did the same thing, nothing, did, nt understand why it would, nt work, thought maybe it got frozen from the shipping?, did, nt know, so I thought I would put the tube in a glass of hot water to see if that would help, no it did, nt, needless to say I am extremely dissappointed after spending $135.95 US. and I did, nt even get to try it! I have not yet tried the other stuff thought I would wait! I hope that you will replace the 2 tubes of eye serum and send me a package so I can sent the other 2 back! please send me another bottle of the eye serum i used it once it was great ... now it will not come out of the bottle it is frozen...i spent good money i am not working i would recommend it if i could use it again, , , , the bottle does not work please send me another please miochael mottola
