Subscription service I didn't sign up for
I have only heard of this scam company when I opened my cash app account and saw it was trying to debit my account for 30 plus dollars. Luckily I had my card locked but they've been continually trying for 2 days. They succeeded at the 2$ debit though. So I contacted them through they're chat and was told that I had signed up for a subscription service and that it was non refundable. Flat out refused to refund me. And then asks me if I want to cancel my membership. I said I never signed up for one. He then asks for my email address to look up account info. Tells me it's now canceled and no more charges would appear. 30 mins later I get two more attempts at charged for 6.95 so I contacted him again and was told. Don't worry you won't be getting anymore charges from us condescendingly.
If you get a email saying that you have a package that is lacking 2$ for shipping fees and to enter your card info for it to be delivered do not
Desired outcome: Arrest these scammers

I'm 82 y/o and this YogaGuru place is faulty in every way. They took my cash from my account twice and won't give it back. I never even wanted their service! They said it turns to a store credit and won't change it.

Got an email on January 3rd saying that there was a package waiting for me that needed 2 bucks to be delivered. I replied because I did have an incoming package, you know? It was from a shipping company. Then on January 6th my account was charged $56 but it had a description of yogadaysonline. So I called them to find out what it was and on January 11th someone told me it was a yoga deal but I never asked for that and I sure never signed up for a subscription. It wound up being subscription bait. So I asked to cancel which they did but then they didn't give me my cash back which is just wrong. I think it's downright sketchy to take advantage of someone like that. Then they charged me $6.95 for quitting on January 12th! That's rude and I want my cash back!
