I’ve had enough. My parcel from Shein was supposedly “out for delivery” for three days straight, yet it never arrived. Each day, I got notifications claiming there was an attempted delivery—but no one came, no card was left, and no explanation was given.
I contacted Yodel support multiple times, and every single time I was told, “It’s arriving today.” Spoiler: it didn’t. Not once. Just empty reassurances and zero accountability.
This experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted time, energy, and trust. If you’re thinking of relying on Yodel—don’t. I wouldn’t wish this mess on anyone.
