Yodel UK review: Despite having provided clear photos of our designated safe place for delivery, the drivers are still ignoring delivery instructions

We live in a small village that probably shares or has similar GPS markers. For this reason I took considerable time to register photos of our safe place AND the front of the house , in our account on the Yodel app. Despite this, we are now on missing parcel number 3 . Kindly remove Yodel as an InPost option asap When I last spoke to an agent ( bot ?) on the chat option I was promised that I would be emailed with updates. Refer to the email I have attached

Desired outcome: Parcels found and remove Yodel from the InPost opt

The landlady, has made a similar complaint. Our house is annexed to theirs . It’s not rocket science and talking to a Yodel chat bot is a guarantee for high blood pressure 😵‍💫😡
