I'm trying to return a pair of boots that were ordered from an advert on fb.
I received the boots last week with no purchase advice in the packaging so no details of where I've purchased them from.
The address I have managed to find was on the delivery note sticker on the packaging as the returns address.
The payment from my bank looks like a crypto currency transaction and I am quite confused. The parcel has a customs declaration on it but I wasn't aware I was purchasing from abroad.
Please can you advise what I should do about this return
Hi I have had the same thing, want to return a pair of trousers that I ordered for my daughter for Christmas, that came to late and were cheap and tacky fabric. I want a refund, but all I have is the address you guys have. Maybe we should contact a watchdog program or something to investigate, just an idea!
Report to police trading fraud office maybe the more of us do it may get looked into
I have checked out the address on Google Earth. Unit 5 Trident Way is on a really big industrial estate near Heathrow Airport. Any one up for going to visit the site to see what sort of operation this really is? Do they have any kind of communication with the supplier of these goods. Are they just a collection point with no communication whatever with the supplier?
I have written several times to this address both postal and emails. No answer at all. I sent a sub standard Tote bag back on 06.01.20. I have contacted FaceBook about the company advertising these products. No answer from them either. Where do we all go from here. Any ideas?
I have reported to police trading office the more people that do this may get some help this seems to be a big scam even thou I only lost £23 when you read all the people they have done it too they are making thousands on selling [censored] !
i purchased a multifunctional air brush from this so called company.itdoes not work as advertised on facebook. dont know who to contact. no phone number . all there is a return address on the outer packaging. not replying to any letters from this address. i am not paying return postage when they advertised free posting. it looks like just one big scam to me.

I purchased a bag advertised on Facebook. payment taken 14.11.19. the bag arrived 05.12.19 I returned 06.12.19 to Y&G F2P. there was no other contact or delivery note. After writing twice to this curious address I have had no answer or recognition from either Sylviabeaute or Y&G . I posted many comments on the FB not an answer came.
WHAT the HECK is this address.
I purchased this item in a totally different colour to which they've sent me and I want to return it. The only address I have is one in Southall, the package looks like it's come from the USA
I would like my money back have no idea how to contact this con of a company. I purchased this via Facebook do I need to contact them to get this resolved
I have very similar problems. Item is faulty. They have given me an address in China! I am to pay for this even though it says free returns on their website. The product is rubbish. I am going to send to the ~Southall return address. Not paying for postage to China.
I too have purchased a pair of boots as a Christmas present, they arrived ok but they sent the wrong size ( 3 instead of a five). Any further progress getting refunds or replacements?

I have received a dress of all things from these people, I can not find any payment for this item so am just going to throw it into the bin if they want it back they can come dig it out.
This has happened to me. A top has arrived that I have no knowledge of ordering and it is cheap and tacky anyway. Says it was from China? No payment taken from my bank? But on the label is my full address and phone number? Really odd.
Hi I have just got a ring from someone where with the return address as y&g I have not order anything did you not order from them either?
I have received the same item, a tacky looking ring. I did not order this and the same as you I have no returns address apart from the 5 Trident Way. I can not see any payment made but with bank accounts, Paypal and credit cards you can never be sure. Please let me know if you find anything out.
I have also received a ring I did not order. Have you anymore information?

I’ve had a ring too - put the return postcode in and saw this trail! Don’t think any money from my account but am amazon shopping for England at the mo! If anyone finds anything out, let me know. I’m going to put the ring in a drawer just in case...

Hi I have reported this to the police fraud line was just wondering if any of you who received a ring have ordered anything at all recently
What did the police say, I went to my bank for advise and they said to return it to the 5 Trident Way address using a post that requires a signature as proof of postage, bur I will hold doing this if you could let me know what the polixe advise
What did the police say as there is no advise note to say who sent the ring, a real puzzle. I went to my bank for advice and they said to return it to the 5 Trident Way using a delivery that is signed for as proof of return if needed at a later date. I will hold returning the item if you can let me know what the police advise.
I checked with my bank and they could not find any unauthorized payments, b ut that not to say there will not be any.
I have not heard back as yet, but do not send it back my sister read that people had been changed for that, I now believe that an order I placed on Facebook for a hula hoop which I believe to be from USA is why I got that awful ring I have not received my hula hoop but said it was delivered on the same day I got the ring so I paid £23 for it, as soon as I hear I will let you know I read that someone has order from amazon and received some odd thing
I too have received a ring, i ordered 2 recliner chairs and they sent tracking details only to be sent a sample ring and no chaurs, i have raised a dispute through paypal, fraudulant company or something dodgy.
Hi Tracy, I ordered two gaming chairs, paid with PayPal, money was taken from account, and received a small gold ring instead, also have raised a claim with PayPal, company which links to the payment are called FUXIFIIOP which can be found online. Hope we all get it resolved soon.

I have received an email from the company I believe I ordered my hula hoop from they are trying to tell me that it was not them but the company they get them from they are saying they will give me 10% back if I do t write a review I told them I want all my money and that I have reported them as I believe this a scam, I believe that we all brought things but did not get what we ordered then they try give you a small amount of money back as a good well gesture by saying it’s not them but the company they use. I’m not going to leave this I’m lucky I only lost £20 but I believe others have lost lots more !

My son had some socks delivered. Same return address. He says has something to do with wish.com. Try asking there.
I purchased a toy drone which was delivered today but the on-off switch is missing.
The packaging was damaged and the packaging return address is the same : Y&G F2P, UNIT5
TRIDENT WAY, SOUHALL, UB2 5LF
As with others there was no invoice or advice note in the parcel.
I in rend to complain to Facebook where this was advertised and see what they have to say.

I have the same problem through a site called "Hightsun"
They sent me the completely wrong items that are also very cheap looking.
No responses to emails, and its a USA number. There are many sites i am now seeing (on Facebook)
selling the exact same range of shoes with the same contact number but a different name
and gmail address.
DID you return it and get refund?

Yes, we all have that same Returns Address printed on our packaging - having bought items from different companies. I've rung Y&G F2P - Tel. No. [protected] - and they turn out to be simply a Customs Clearance company. Apparently we have to make contact, directly, with the relevant Seller. Good luck!

Yep I've just had the same problem. Just contacted the place I ordered from (shock cart) and have been told the address on the packaging (YandG F2P etc...) is not correct soni won't get a refund...absolute scammers!
They will not accept returns to this address it is only a customs clearing house,
You have to send them back to China which will cost you more than the item cost you sorry
