Yard Machine review: Drive shaft

I hit a small rock, and it is really stupid I went to take it back to Menards and I was sent to one of their lackies who would of course claim it was my fault he did not want to help me at all he act like it was my fault from the get go. He turned it upside down and oil got in my spark plug and gas and he said it was my fault I only mowed with it once and it locked up the guy in Bloomfield in Iowa was for Menards in Ottumwa Iowa I knew some how it was going to be my fault.

He said it was bent shaft when I hit the rock it was mowing after that until I turned it off to get a drink of Water and it would not pull the cord and the guy was rude he said you had to hit something with it. Hum, mowing just once and it was my fault way to go [censored] it was something wrong with he said it was a default. I asked then can I go back and get a new one since I had it just a week and started mowing he said a flat out NO, I am not saying it was the fault of the company it was about you hitting the rock like a rock on the road. I want to know why I have so much trouble returning the lawn mower to Menards and get a new one it was not my fault I wanted it for 175 and they said it was discontinued and then they sold it to me higher.
