I am a new member with Ysense online research since July/22 & been constantly harassed by a Brain person at Ysense customer service & been denied to speak with his supervisor/manager repeatedly re my being repeatedly harassed & incentives not paid for completed surveys at this site
Y sense also appears to be discriminating people who cannot afford a phone to redeem for their incentives such as e gift cards

Shame on Prodege & Ysene for their ignoring and/or inappropriate treatment of their "valuable members"
I DO NOT THINK this issue is resolved or "PAID" ever so fr. I was not aware at all ANY action re Brain's harassing me, my repeated requested to be contacted with a manager & my stole incentives.
