I purchased my home approximately 25 years ago. My mortgage didn't include property taxes, but I managed to pay it off. Unfortunately, I lost my business and had to file bankruptcy (Chapter 13) in which payments through the Chapter were being disbursed to Xspand for many years. The company which is a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase purchased the tax lien from Erie County around 1994. In recent years, I fell into a deeper financial slump and the company sold my home at an auction for $100, 000. I hired an attorney who brought an action in supreme court. The Supreme Court judge requested that my attorney and Xspands attorney work the matter out. In addition a STAY was put in place to avoid any further action of the buyer. Xspand refuses to accept $130, 000 from me, but has accepted $100, 000 from the bidder at the auction. I'm not a bilion dollar company who required a bailout, but a senior citizen who wants to stay in her home. I need intervention from someone to help me in this crisis.

J. P. Morgan Chase, aka Plymouth Park Tax Services, aka Xspand, and our corrupt public officials have ruined Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Tens of thousands of victims and hundreds of homes - some owned mortgage free for decades- were lost.

J. P Morgan has admitted rigging the tax lien process in over 30 states - including Ohio- and has agreed to pay a $211 Million dollar settlement.

Cuyahoga County is under a massive federal invesigation which publicly began in 2008. The continuing invesigation has resulted in numerous public corruption convictions and pending RICO charges.

It takes two to Tango. Which Cuyahoga County official was Tangoing with Plymouth Park Tax Services?

The No Bid lucrative contract for several years leads me to believe that the admitted rigged delinquent property tax lien process also involves public corruption crimes.

Please be aware that Expan, aka Plymouth Park Tax Serices, both subsidiaries of JP Morgan Chase, is under Federal Investigation for anti-trust violations and collusion.

We have a serious problem with this company in Cleveland, Ohio, Cuyahoga County. Our elected officials gave this company exclusive and NO BID rights to purchase delinquent tax liens.

There are thousands of victims. Once this company forecloses on homes for delinquent tax liens, the company itself does not pay its own property taxes.
