XPO Delivery review: At this point I want my funds returned asap.

We purchased a Samsung Stove and Dishwasher that were to be delivered on 10/20/22 by XPO. The night before the delivery we received a message that they would not be delivering until 11/4/22. After going back and forth between Samsung and XPO, and even offering to go pick it up from XPO and being told no, we were still not receiving it until Nov 4th. Today, 10/26, we received a message from XPO that they would not be delivering the products until 12/10/22. After contacting Samsung, we were informed that there was nothing they could do. After requesting to have our money back we were informed that it would take up to 30 business days. In the mean time we have no stove or dishwasher because we had the old products removed on 10/27 to be prepared for the new install. I can't go purchase another item until the funds are returned to my card.
