XCover.com Trip.com review: Travel insurance

We filed 3 claims for a family. olicy # TYFSL-BTW3R-INS, BS76Z-RKVRK-INS, IDD2D-P84VK-INS. Due to Covid-19 positive tests we had to cancel our trip. We filed our claims on August 3, today exactly 20 days and we got absolutely no response. The insurance policy we were provided has the phone number that has absolutely nothing to do with Xcover. I called operator and they told me the policy numbers I have are not with their company. There is absolutely no other way to contact this company. I have sent already 5 inquiries that I need a status of my claims last week. And nothing! Absolutely zero answer! This company is a Scam. No only their insurance cost is overpriced but also they are fake company that doesn’t even respond to your claim. We spent near to $ 4600 on Tickets to Turkey that we cannot get reimbursed because the insurance we we offered by Trip.com which Xcover is FAKE.
