www.radiantrecords.com review: Order not delivered at all

I Placed an Order (#154290) on their website on February 1st of 2023, already paid for it, and have been waiting for them to deliver it since then. I've tried to contact them several times but they never answer.

Now it's been 5 months since I placed my order and I've lost my hopes of ever receiving my CD and Blu-Ray. Radiant Records show no respect for their customers.
