www.homesbyhaven.com review: The agent wanted to get fine from me, because I missed one payment

I have rented a house through www.homesbyhaven.com. One evening I went down to the living room and it was so cold, so I immediately decided to inform the agent about the problem. However, her phone was switched off and I called to the heating company. They promised to send the repairman, who showed out next day. The agent finally responded and said that she would add the fee for the repair to my rent payment. I basically didn’t have any other option, but I missed one payment and the agent wanted the fine of $150.
