www.customwallscrolls.com review: 3 weeks and no order. Seller ignores me

Couple of weeks ago, I have ordered wall scroll from the website www.customwallscrolls.com. I placed this order 3 weeks ago; I checked the mail box today and no sign from the seller. I have no idea how long the delivery could take. The seller didn’t reply to my messages and I started to worry that I heard nothing from this seller. I don’t know what to do now, so maybe someone as any ideas what to do now.
