They send you an invoice template that you fill out and return to them to get your earnings and then they refuse to pay. I know of a few who get paid so it seems as though they keep on a few and pay them to keep the website chats going. There are plenty people signing on for work so they have many applicants from which to bring on and scam after they scam the previous employees.
