Plus, they pay on time, and generally have a nice choice of Available orders. What more could a writer ask for?

I had informed Writezillas team about it, so that my inactivity did not confuse them. But, due to unforeseen matters, my span of inactivity stretched until mid-January this year, of which I duly informed their Support team as well. It was around mid-January, too, when I received an e-mail notification informing me that my account with their company had been deactivated. Can you believe it? I was so shocked!

So, I entered into a chat conversation with their Support agent Dana (if I remember correctly) on January 27, and she advised me to contact their HR Department via e-mail in order to obtain some feedback as to why had my account been suddenly turned down. I never received a reply. Can you believe that? I was so frustrated!

Earlier this week, I entered their live chat again in order to get some substantial feedback again and that chat left me immensely infuriated and completely erased all the good memories I had working for Writezillas. Their chat agent Stacey proved to be completely unaware of basic business communication rules. I described the situation to her and constructively complained that I never received a proper explanation of why my account with them had been terminated, and also requested some reply from her as to where can I finally get the feedback from. But, let me tell you, she was no help at all! Here is a fragment of our chat:

"(11:24:19) Visitor: My account was deactivated and one of your colleagues advised me to e-mail your HR department. I did so on January 27, never got a reply, never actually got any explanation as to why was my account disabled in the first place

Earlier, they were writer-friendly and maintained professional fashion. Now, they deem it appropriate to deactivate writers' profiles without any prior notice and never provide any substantial feedback. Moreover, should one attempt and inquire on the possible reason of their random account deactivation, they shall be in for some rude and improper treatment from the side of their Support team.

So, let me tell you, steer clear of them unless you want your nerves tickled and the freedom of choice taken away from you. It's just not worth it!
