Once they received the money, they started editing without checking my requirements on the system. Later, they put the blame on me, saying I didn't ask for any requirements. They made editing for primary school level instead of PhD, and they made mistakes in referencing, making all my block quotations in 12 font-size instead of 11.

No good changes were made, and I felt my work became weak and addressed to children instead of mature readers. I asked them to re-edit it by following my requirements, which they didn't look for on the system. They said okay, but then returned my work after seven more days with more mistakes and no single one word added to the version.
