This ad is a scam. The product received was nothing like what they had advertised. The descriptions given are all different from the actual product. The ad says can return within 7 days for no reason but when I wrote to them about returning the product, they don't even reply to you. I had already made a police report. So please do not allow them to continue advertising their products to cheat others.

I ordered online for a zeppelin watch for RM299 from WOWMALL and what was delivered to me is a Yazole watch which is sold at LAZADA for only RM25. I tried to contact WOWMALL but my effort is futile. I was told upon ordering that I can return the item within 14 days. How do I return it and get my refund?
I think I am also one of the victim here, they are delivering to my house now, is that ok not to receive the parcel?
I have jus received my $119 watch which I purchased under IWC brand. VERY DISAPPOINTED as watch description is not as what posted. Even the 2 side buttons out of 3 cannot be used too. Even the watch box is dented. Based on what $100 over purchased it was not worth the price.

Just received the cheap china drill which we ordered supposed to be black and decker. Its a scam pls be crful and cancel ur order fr this site wow mall, but still am sure they will continue to create other site to coned again. Dont accept the order when dhl delivered to you.

I order online 1 week ago for Bretling aviator advertised for rm299. Payment method : COD. Today i received a parcel feom DHL with watches. It was not Bretling but NFCD brand. No warranty card. Boxes also not Bretling box. Outer box state Bretling Aviator. I told the delivery i will not pay for this consignment and asked him to take back. REALLY A SCAM.

Hi, I did order the same watch and after reading all the comment on this website scam, promptly I emailed them to cancel my order or else I will report them to the authority. So I would suggest you do the same.

At first, I thought its ok, since it is to be delivered via COD and the fact that I am a Breitling watch fan myself. On 18/9/18, a guy from Freight Mark Courier called me about the COD of an item worth RM 299 to be sent the next day at my door step. Though excited at first, but suddenly some questions began to creep to my mind and became more curious. So I did some googling for answers to my curiosity. ...so, the courier guy did come late in the afternoon and thanks for his cooperation and recommendable etiquette, we opened the packages together [before I accept the delivery] and what we found was exactly what you guys had complained about. The watch sent is a cheap China made NYCD watch costing something like RM 40 - RM 70. Thank You so much guys, I have just saved my RM299 hard earned money today. God Bless You All.
Hi Rhairul, Just dont receive the good & ask courier to "return to sender" - remember you should not require to pay anything to return the goods immediately.

I recently purchased 2 watches FROM WOW MALL advertised in Facebook that were supposed to look like Oris Watches where the second watch will be cheaper if bought them togather. I paid RM 389 in total COD. To my shock, the product delivered was of poor quality, china made FENGEEN Watches with bad finish. Tried contacting the support centre there was no response. Tried calling thier center in Subang Jaya was dissapointed to find out they were not contactable!Alas I was cheated wholesale ! Please be weary of this unscrupulous individuals doing thier shady online business !

The watch is delivered in a Box. A courier delivers and you have to signed receipt before it is handed over. By the time you open the box, the courier would have left.

I also got conned. Bought a Luminor watch as per advsetised product in website but instead received a somewhat similar design but 'Sandybirds' namebrand instead. I am so gullible to fall for this trap.
A scam! Useless piece. Can't work at all. Totally different from adverts. The COD trick is neat. Clever of them to think of it. Don't get con. I am stupid enough to believe the $$$ was value for money. It isn't!
