I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with WOW Tickets Football. I mean, I bought some tickets for a game a few months back and it ended up getting cancelled. No big deal, right? I figured I'd just get a refund and move on with my life. But nope. SIX emails later and I still haven't seen a dime. What gives? I'm starting to think this whole thing is a scam. I mean, I get it, things happen and sometimes refunds take a while. But three months? Come on, man. At this point, I wouldn't trust these guys as far as I could throw 'em. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your football tickets.

To cut the story short, a nice guy named Danny from New York called me and offered me some options. In the end, I received some okay tickets that were much better than the ones offered to me at the bar. However, I had to take multiple taxis from downtown Liverpool to the bar and back, which cost me a lot of money. I also had to make and receive multiple international calls to New York, which resulted in high roaming charges.

If you are considering purchasing tickets through WOW Tickets Football, be aware that the phone numbers provided are not helpful. The person who answers the phone usually has no clue what's going on and only takes your side of the story. They will tell you that someone else will get back to you, and it's a waiting game from there. The whole process is chaotic, and you may end up spending three to four hundred dollars extra between taxes and international calls. The only person who offered me solutions was Danny from New York.
