We have this swipe machine since 3 years. On 04 April 2018, I made a request for paper roll by calling on their customer care number 022-[protected]. I received a docket number CHLD00012041716499287 through an SMS. They assured me that I will get the paper roll in 48 hours max and will get a call in next 24 hours.
There is no call till 05-04-2018 and so, I called again on their number. A lady picked up the phone and assured that the complain is already been forwarded to engineer and I will get a call soon.
Nothing happend till 06-04-2018, so I called again on their number. Again a lady told that the paper roll for my swipe machine has already been delivered through Treckon Courier and I will received till the day end.
Again nothing happend. It is already 3 days and today is [protected]@2pm. There is no call from them and no paper roll received by me as well. When I called again to the number 022-[protected], it took me wait more than 15 minutes and disconnected.

I am loosing my customer since 3 days but the company has nothing to do.
