World Blue Pools review: Not receiving down payment back

I complained on this site and was contacted by company and was promised my money back and the person that promised my refund will not return my call from yesterday and today. I want date my money was sent back to me and when I can expect it. Was contacted on June 30, 2022. Its been 10 working days not counting holiday or weekends and no refund. You cannot contact company by Blueworldpools.com this is just a sales site and the person I talked to will not return my phone call where I left message with name phone and that I wanted what date money was sent back and when to expect it. By avoiding me this is causing great anxiety for me.

Desired outcome: My 8,000.00 returned promptly

Since filing original complaint have not received refund and everytime I write new complaint on this site they send email that I need to redo it. I will be filing complaint with the State of Tennesse Monday morning and better business bureau, then if company does not return money I will sue because this is not a small claims court issue.

After filing complaint with this board was called and told my money would be refunded. 8,000.00 this is not small claims court. Have tried to call company and will not return my calls and still no refund.This started on May 14, 2022 company called on June 29, 2022 and said they would refund. Todays date is July 15, 2022
