Wizfair review: Wizfair travel

i booked a flight to Toronto to attend a funeral. A day before the flight i logged onto the airlines website (Porter) and put in my information. I kept getting a message stating that "booking not found". I input my information a number of times thinking that there must be some mistake, but kept getting the same message. I then contacted WizFair and after telling them the issue, i was put on hold for quite awhile. Once the agent finally got back to me, He informed me that they are "trying to get ahold of Porter and will call me back in an hour and a half". After hanging up i immediately called Porter. I explained what was happening to the agent at Porter and she stated that my name was there but that the ticket has not been released, that the ticket is "pending". The agent informed me that WizFair had not released the ticket. The agent said that i need to call WizFair and have them fix it. I called Wizfair and after telling them the issue (again) and being put on hold for quite awhile, the agent came back and stated that the ticket hadnt been booked because of a "computer glitch". The agent then stated that she would call me back within an hour. After an hour the agent called back with a totally new itinerary, with a different airline and time and date! I told her that wouldnt work because i am going to a funeral and need to be there for a specific date and time. She then put me on hold again and then said that she would call me back. After another hour i got a call back fromt the agent asking me if i wanted a refund. I told her "NO" because i am going to a funeral and need to be there! I was again put on hold and after some time the agent came back and stated that they were booking me on my ORIGINAL flight! I asked her to confirm this, as the flight was to leave in a day and i didnt want to go to the airport and have it not be booked. THe flight was confirmed and after a lot of headache and run-around i made it to the funeral. I will NOT be booking with WizFair Travel again and i would advise anyone who is thinking about booking with them to think twice and save yourself the headache!
