Had macatawa bank for 20 years and the customer service was always great then they joined wintrust. Didn't even send a notice saying they were switching. Ever since the switch customer service has been terrible. Called to tell them they were sending to much random mail for no reason such as single transaction statements and alls they said was sorry to hear that. If you're choosing a bank stay away from wintrust.
