Wingstop review: professionalism

I ordered online 45min before closing. Was told it would be ready in 15 to 20min.. I get there & was told by an employee that they stop serving food at 11pm. But your sign & location states "open till 12". I first asked why didn't anyone contact me before i arrived. The young boy who answered said "i forgot". I always order food from there around that time, if not later! Im a night wearhouse worker supervisor who usually orders take out for my crew of 10 plus l. What should happen now?, guess ill take my business else where.
