This guy is a horrible person. Instead of getting paid on loans he closes he wants outrageous upfront fees and then never closes anything. He is not smart, his contracts have misspellings etc. Please stay as far away from this guy as possible. He only tells you about the three deals he closed 20 years ago...American Truck Stops, some oil well, and a casino deal.
