We had 10 windows installed. Over the winter we noticed a draft from several of them. We called and someone did come out but said it was the siding. We called again and someone else came out and said yes, air was coming through because the seal was bad. Since then is has been a nightmare. It takes a month to "get the parts". We take off from work or rearrange our schedules, only to have someone show up and say that the parts didn't come in or the wrong parts were ordered. This happened 3 times over the course of several months. The last time they scheduled to come out, no one showed. I contacted a manager, Pablo. He said he would follow up but it took him 2 weeks to get back with me. The last time he called he said he found the parts needed for the repair "on line" (I'm really confused now) and that he had them rush delivery, overnight. That was 3 weeks ago. He has not called me nor has he returned any of my calls. I have called him multple times a day for weeks with NO RESPONSE. The company has been paid but I have not been delivered the quality windows or service promised.

Pablo leaving you hanging like that is infuriating, and I am so sorry. You have been more than patient. Three no‑shows and wrong parts? That is not a parts problem, that is a respect problem. You deserve a real manager who calls you back the same day. Do not let them wear you down. You are not being difficult, you are asking for what you paid for. Keep pushing.
