Window Depot of Chattahoochee Valley

I orderd windos on May 1 and they still aint here. I paid a lot of money and it's takin forever. They said the boss would call me on Monday, May 10, but he never did. Should I call ComplaintsBoard.com to figure out what's happenin? Thanks, Jane Doe.

I got 5 windows from Window Depot last year in May. The owner was real nice and professional. They put the windows in my house in July. They gave me a $500 gift card for more windows. I talked to another person later and they said I couldn't use the gift card because I was getting the windows at cost. I asked Window Depot and they said I could use it. I got 7 more windows in August-September. When they came in November, the installer said only 5 were the right size. I paid for all 7 anyway. Window Depot said the last 2 would come in January 2022. I called them 3 times and left messages but they didn't call me back. One of the windows already put in my house is messed up and the cops came because of it. I'm worried about the windows I already paid for and want to know what's going on.
