Wilmington - Delaware State University Psi review: Testing site in Delaware

The proctor was very very rude from the beginning, he treated people like we were stupid and not friendly at all, he acted like we were in the military or in prison! None of the proctor’s we’re nice or even helpful! The computer was not working properly kept on freezing up and they advised us not to stand up if we needed anything to raise our hands which that’s what I did when my computer frozed on me about 4 times and they never came over to help me right away until I kept on pushing the buttons then after the third time someone came over and told me that they had to contact psi help desk to reboot my computer and then they made me continue after I was overwhelmed with their computer also there was so much pop up’s which I don’t understand why if supposedly this was a testing site doesn’t make any sense! After I finished my test I raised my hand and no one came over so I got up to leave and the rude man there started flipping out on me like I was a two year old and through my Id’s on the side of the chair and walked away talking about me to his other co worker’s and in front of other people that were testing I felt very Humiliated because I felt like he was very racist against Puerto Ricans ! I will never go there again and I will let other people know how rude they are! They should shut them down from being called a testing site!
