I bought a wig from this company for 95.00 and received it. I was not happy with it and sent it back to them. They sent me a return label and I sent it back. Then 4 days later I receive the empty box back to me. I went to the post office to see what needed to be done and they said the company had to file the loss claim because it was originated with them. I have sent emails, texts and called and they will not respond. I want my refund, the post office will refund them, not me.
I don't know why they will not respond to me, I did all this within their timeframe.
Please help if you can.
