I ordered a portable air conditioner 8000 BTUs and did not receive it I'd like to know how to resolve this issue I don't know the name of the carrier if you could please give me this information. The tracking number shows that it was delivered too long address I do not know how to resolve this issue. Goods not received and they offer a 50% refund even after stating shipping problem at their end. And nowhere on their website does it state they will only refund 50%.
And when I said I didn't need the goods anymore as after 2 months had purchased elsewhere they kept just saying will resend. If I don't receive the goods this time they will give me back 80% of my purchase. Again nowhere on their terms and conditions.
Would recommend staying well clear of buying from this site.

I wish I only read reviews before ordering from them. It's just simply me :( Not only reviews have to be read, but also all the terms, conditions and policies for the avoidance of unseen situation. I know it's boring, I know nobody cares about spending time on details like this. But it may be important when you realise you were cheated. They sent me a wrong product with the worst quality on earth, and when I decided to return this crap and get a refund, I had to pay for the shipping, which is not cheap. That's what their policies state. They are simply horrible and not worth spending money.
