Wholesale Warranties review: Non-refundable wholesale warranties 5

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I bought an extended warranty through wholesalewarranties.net, back in Aug 2010. After I got rid of my RV, I inquired about getting a prorated refund since when I first bought the RV warranty they said it was fully transferable and refundable. As of today, I haven't received a refund.

I guess a sucker is born everyday, and unfortunately it was my turn. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how I and others might proceed to recover their losses from this obvious scam?

My grandparents purchased an extended RV warranty from this company www.wholesalewarranties.net and were completely taken advantage of. The warranty was misrepresented at the time of purchase and my grandparents did not receive the coverage they were promised when they needed it the most. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else. Their customer service is nonexistent and they offer no support. Complete scam!

Hello Anonymous,

All of the policies that we offer are fully transferable, or may be cancelled at any time for a pro-rated refund. This refund amount is calculated based on time or mileage used, less any claims paid out and a small cancellation fee. These guidelines are laid out in all of our contract e-mails and specifically stated in all contracts we offer.

I have checked all records and we have no monies due to customers who have cancelled their policies. All refunds are mailed within 6 weeks of cancellation. While we have no unpaid cancellation refunds and I am unable to find your record off the information you have provided here, I urge you to contact me directly so that we can get to the bottom of this issue. We honor all customer refunds, and strive to offer the best customer service, and I am dedicated to getting to resolving the problem you are currently having. Please contact us at [protected] or by e-mail at info@wholesalewarranties.net.

Sincerely,

Jeff Shelton

These businesses are designed to find the reason they can't help you and they write the contract in such a way that the law allows them to commit legalized fraud. This company wholesalewarranties.net scammed me out of 5000 dollars!

This company has a clean record, your complaint is the first I have seen. I am considering buying coverage from them. Do they talk to you, what did they say, do they not do what they say?
