Whitehall jewelers at Randehurst mall in arlinton heights charging 395.00 for the esq. beacon watch, when I have the brochure from esq. swiss watches, and the retail is 350.00. I called 10 different jewelers from zales the devalle jewelers in hardwood heights and numerous ones on the internet the watch is 350.00 dont buy anything at this place they will RIP YOU OFF! Do your research they mark up everything and then say they will give you a 20% discount, like they are doing you some kind of favor. I DONT LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF!
My husband bought me a diamond ring from Whitehall in Amarillo, Tx. It was a aniversary present..He gave it to me on Tuesday and Saturday I noticed one of diamonds already fell out...They (WhiteHall) will stand behind the ring...it is retaled at 2200.00 so they say...but yet they will replace the ring or repair it...I have never had this trouble with any other jewerly store...other jewerly stores stand behind there products...this company stinks...they are a BIG WRIP OFF...save your money and time DONT SHOP AT WHITEHALL...

My name is Rosa Shorter I live in MIddleburg, Florida been married a year now My husband bought my wedding ring from White hall Jewlers in Orange Park, Florida from the Orange Park Mall. (ok) now heres where the probelm lays the frist 2 mos of having the ring it broke my finger out so we took it back they stated the would fix the problem (ok) again then 2 mos go by and it breaks out again then again then again yes 4 times we have taken the set back which cost my husband over 5000.00 dollars the last time they said they were going to dip it in platiunm... but would that turn it gold? I dont think so! I really think it isnt real I mean I love the set but its a very poor quailty of metal and I feel as if the staff at this store have lied to me. So the other day once again they told my husband they have ordered me a new set promised it would be ready 2/22/08 ,But of course it wasnt. The store managers name is Ronnie and they are really very nice but business is business and I want to be able to wear my wedding ring and the type I want I dont want a gold set which they wanted to sell us I want my white gold. Can you Please help me? I tried to get the President email address but couldnt. I just want my ring and to be happy like I've said its a beautiful set but with all the probelms I've had Im wondering if its real or were we ripped off? Friends have told me to get an attorney I dont want to do that I just want my ring a real one. I mean it sucks to have been married a year and only able to wear my wedding ring a good 2 mos w/o it breaking me out what would you think? PLEASE HELP! They give you a discount and once you return the item within 30 days, they make excuse that its a special sale and they can't accept the items. Stated that it was a store policy, I didn't ask for the discount, but who going to complain if you get a discount.
The manger was so nice when I purchase, but when I return, he become such an ###. Stated that I should have ask about the special discount policy. They do not honor their own written policy. Would not ever do business at Whitehall in Eastridge Mall, San Jose, Ca. Friendly service down the drain. You must return the item you purchase at the same location, the other location would not honor it. But yet will honor it if you purchase something else.
