Placed online order 12426 to be ready for pick up at 6:33pm. Arrived at 6:32 and waited until 7:02pm to receive my food. When I did receive my order I asked why it took so long and he said it is busy. No sorry for the wait or any other explanation. Need to staff up for busy times or better train your employees to better serve there customers. Really think they did not give a [protected]@$& if they satisfied there customer. Very poor customer service and management

    Your complaint isn’t about cold food so I think they were just busy. You went at dinner time and the wait is probably longer then.
