I bought a 3 pack of Brassieres from Whifly the other day and I gotta say, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The undergarments were definitely not up to snuff - they were advertised as top quality but turned out to be pretty cheaply made. What's more, they didn't fit very well at all, and didn't provide the support where I needed it most. In short, these Bra's were not even kind of doing the job they were supposed to do.

But that's not even the worst part, folks! The company made it almost impossible to get in touch with them to return the darn things. I scoured the site for a phone number or email address, but to no avail! It seems like they don't even want to take responsibility for the low quality products they put out there. It makes a customer feel pretty darn helpless, if ya ask me.

I've got to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on Whifly's site. Not only were the products a letdown in every way, but the lack of customer service is just unacceptable. Would I shop with them again in the future? Not a chance, folks. Not a chance.

So, my missus went ahead and ordered some bras from Whifly, thinking everything would be peachy. Turns out, they weren't. The bras were the same size as she usually wears, yet Whiffly didn't want to give us our money back. It's not like there was some kind of defect in the product or anything, they just said no. My wife mentioned that they said something about a no quibble return policy, but what happened next was just plain odd. They actually offered to cough up five quid to help pay for the return of the bras! What?! Who does that? Their customer service approach is kind of...I don't know...it's just weird.

So, I recently decided to give Whifly a try and ordered a bra, but sadly when it arrived it was way too big for me. In addition to that, the quality of the bra was not up to my standards either. Disappointed, I decided to contact Whifly customer service and ask for a return. However, they refused to accept my return at first and instead offered to give me just 3 bucks as compensation. Can you believe that? Later on, they upped the compensation to 4 and then to 5 bucks, telling me that this was the maximum they could offer. However, even with all that, they never gave me a return address. Since I had utilized PayPal for the payment, I decided to bring the case to their attention. And after investigating the matter, PayPal refunded my money. Needless to say, I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Whifly.

So I bought a bra from Whifly but it ended up being way too big. I was pretty bummed about it and asked if I could get a refund, but they straight up refused, saying that they sent the size that I ordered. I argued that, according to the distance selling regulations, I'm supposed to be able to return an item for a refund but they were having none of it. Eventually they caved and said I could return it but then told me that I'd have to send it back all the way to CHINA myself. Like seriously? They have a depot in Beaconsfield but I still have to foot the bill to return it to China? That's just ridiculous. And of course, the cost of the return shipping would be more than the bra itself, so I'm pretty much stuck with it now. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Whifly based on my experience. Even Paypal wouldn't open a case against them and said no refunds allowed. So, yeah, definitely be careful if you decide to buy from them.

I was so frustrated by the whole experience that I decided to cancel the credit card I used to purchase the bra. I just didn't trust that they wouldn't charge me for something else down the line.

Overall, my experience with Whifly was really disappointing. The site looked amateurish and suspicious from the start, and the poor quality of the product and terrible customer service only reinforced that feeling. I really regret falling into this trap.

So, I made a purchase on Whifly.com for a set of 3 bras that were supposed to be designed for women like me who are a little more advanced in age. Their size chart seemed to indicate that I would fit comfortably in their bras, so I went ahead and ordered. I was surprised when I received my order, because it came all the way from China! I didn't realize that the company was based in Singapore, but I guess that makes sense.

When I tried on one of the bras, it was too big! I couldn't believe it. I thought I had followed the size chart exactly, but I suppose I must have made an error. I tried to get a return address, but the company was not helpful in the slightest. They kept telling me that I had received the correct goods and that they did not accept returns for items that had been worn. I tried to explain that I had only tried on one of the bras, but they were not willing to listen.

I eventually managed to get a small refund of $3, but I had to keep the bras. To be honest, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them. They're just taking up space in my closet now. If you're thinking about making a purchase on Whifly.com, be warned - their refund procedure is not very reassuring. I can't speak to the quality of their other products, but I have seen these bras sold under a different company name before. So just be careful!
