So, I ordered some seeds from Whatcom Seed Company back in April 2021 and then again in October 2021. Unfortunately, they didn't have all the seeds I wanted, so I ended up with a couple of back orders. I've been trying to get in touch with them by sending 3 emails, but they haven't responded yet. It's really frustrating to not even get an answer!

What's more, they charged me for the seeds they didn't have instead of canceling that part of the order. That's not really fair, in my opinion. I mean, if they can't fulfill an order, they should let customers know and not charge them for something they won't be getting.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Whatcom Seed Company's service. I wish they would at least do something to help out their customers who are waiting on back orders. It's not too much to ask, is it?

I read that Whatcom Seed Company got an "F" from Better Business Bureau. They sent me a packet with no seeds inside, but debited me anyways and I'm unable to get in touch with them. They ain't even answering my emails. I went online and saw that other people have had the same problem with them. It seems to me that Whatcom Seed Company is false and has something going on. I recommend be taken action against them. My two cents.

I ordered some seeds from the Whatcom Seed Company for 26 bucks and when I punched in my credit card info, a message popped up that said they wouldn't take my money until they shipped out the goods. Seems fair to me. But after a few days, my account got hit with the charge and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of my package. I even sent them a couple emails and didn't get no response. What's up with that? I'm feeling kinda bummed out because I was all ready to start my little garden project and now it's like I'm left high and dry. I hope they get back to me soon with an update or something.

I recently stumbled upon Whatcom Seed Company and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Their site has been around since 2000 and boasts a variety of unique and exotic seeds that are hard to find elsewhere. They promise rare, unusual, beautiful seeds and I must say, they have delivered on that promise based on my experience with them.

I decided to give Whatcom Seed Company a chance and purchased some Asimina triloba seeds. To my delight, they are doing great and I am looking forward to see how they grow in the coming months. The purchasing process was straightforward and I received my seeds in a timely manner.

While I cannot speak for all of their products, the quality of the seeds I received was top-notch. However, it is always good to get a second opinion before making a purchase. I would suggest waiting for more positive reviews before buying with confidence.

I did do a bit of research and stumbled upon some negative reviews on another website. It is important to take these into consideration before making a purchase and do your own research to ensure that this is the right fit for your needs.

I saw heaps of reviews that were totally negative, and it made me wonder if Whatcom Seed Company was worth it. But after a lil bit of research, I realized that people were mainly upset coz they couldn't get a hold of them when there was a problem. I had a similar issue when they didn't send me one of my items after I paid for it. The instructions they give for checking if your seeds are any good involve putting them in water - if they don't float, they're no good - which is crucial info to know before you plant 'em. I dropped a message to the company and I'm waiting to hear back for a refund. I'll update this when I know more.

I recently made a purchase from Whatcom Seed Company and boy, was I disappointed! I ordered 18 lots of seeds and although they were well-packed and shipped fast, the seeds did not germinate. What a waste of great packaging! Out of those 18 lots, 8 lots did not yield any germination and the others were at a meager 50% rate. Not good at all.

I reached out to customer service twice to express my dissatisfaction, but sadly, not even a simple reply was given. It's frustrating when a company takes your money and doesn't even bother replying to you. I am truly disappointed and will never purchase from them again. In fact, I suggest that you steer clear of this company too. Try another seed company, one that values its customer's money and satisfaction.

Ok, so this place, Whatcum Seed Company, I’ve been buying stuff from them for like 15 years, but I gotta say this last time it was a hot mess. I ordered my stuff over six weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. I’ve sent them so many emails, asking if they could just tell me when it’s gonna ship or give me a tracking number or something, but no answer. Like, I don’t know what’s going on over there, but they are just not answering their phones at all. I’ve called them up like eight times and it’s just always busy or their mailbox is full or something.

It really stinks because I’ve always enjoyed their products before, but at this point, I just can’t recommend them to anyone. It’s kinda like, if you really don’t need your stuff any time soon and don’t mind getting totally ghosted, then sure, try ‘em out. But otherwise, not worth the hassle in my opinion.

Seedrack.com sucks! I ordered a bunch of seeds from them, but none of them worked. It's either that the seeds have been sitting in their warehouse for a long time and are too old to germinate, or that they were never viable in the first place. I followed all the instructions for each type of seed I got - coffee, papyrus, maples, and even more - but still, the success rate is 0%. It's infuriating that I wasted my time and money on these garbage seeds.

I wish I had gone to rarepalmseeds.com instead. Their customer service may be lacking, but at least the quality and freshness of their seeds are outstanding. I definitely won't be going back to seedrack.com anymore - I don't want to waste my money on crappy seeds again!

I was really bummed out when I placed my order for some sweet seed packets back in January 2016. I was so looking forward to planting them this season. But I never heard back from these cats until August! That's almost the whole year, dude! When I finally contacted them, I found out that my credit card was bunk (oopsie!). So, I was all like, "No sweat, let me just give you a new number." But it was like pulling teeth to get somebody to listen to me!

I tried emailing the customer service folks and they said they'd send me a link to their website to pay. But for reals, I never got that link! I even emailed them back three times to let them know that I didn't get the link, but I never heard back. What gives, man? I mean, I even suggested that they could call me or give me a number to call them so I could give them my new card information. But they didn't even bother to respond to that! Honestly, this is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Honestly, I don't know if I'd recommend Whatcom Seed Company (seedrack.com) to my homies. They really need to get their act together when it comes to keeping in touch with their peeps.

I decided to give Whatcom Seed Company a try and ordered some Sequoiadendron giganteum, Sequoia sempervirens, and Abies procera seeds from their website, seedrack.com. I was a bit worried at first because I didn't receive any communication from them about my order, but it didn't bother me too much. And, guess what? Everything arrived just a week later! Talk about fast shipping. They even included useful sowing instructions, which was a pleasant bonus.

As I was checking out the sowing instructions for Sequoia sempervirens, I noticed that the germination rate was quite low, at around 20%. But hey, it's not the end of the world. I'll just have to be extra careful with my seedlings.

Now, here's an update to my original review. I actually purchased these seeds for some friends overseas, but unfortunately, our "friendly" government confiscated them at the airport from my check-in suitcase. Bummer, right? But I didn't give up and promptly ordered the same seeds from Whatcom Seed Company again, but this time to our present location in Europe. Yes, the shipping cost a bit more, but it was worth it because the package arrived just two weeks after I placed the order. And, everything was exactly as expected.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Whatcom Seed Company. The only downside was the lack of communication about my order, but I'm just happy that everything arrived on time and with helpful instructions. So, if you're looking for a reliable seed company, give Whatcom Seed Company a try.

I made an order at Whatcom Seed Company in January. They charged my card, so I reckon they will send me my seeds pretty soon, but they didn't. And to make matters worse, I've been trying to get hold of someone by phone, but nothing doing. Also, I sent them a couple of emails, but they don't seem to be responding. I got my seeds from Whatcom Seed Company (seedrack.com) and they came just when they said they would. But when I planted them, I only ended up with one little sprout. So I decided to give Whatcom Seed Company a try and ordered some banana seeds through seedrack.com, but when I got them today, I was pretty disappointed to see that they were all floating around in the package. I mean, c'mon, for the price I paid, I was expecting better quality than this. It's a real bummer because floating seeds are less likely to sprout, so it looks like I'm not going to have much luck with my banana growing dreams.

To add insult to injury, out of the two seed packets I got, three out of the five seeds in the first one were floating, and five out of seven in the second one were floating too. That's just not the kind of odds a person wants when they're trying to grow something.

Overall, I really expected more from Whatcom Seed Company. It's a shame because they have a pretty good selection of seeds, but if the quality is going to be like this, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but either way, I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

So, I wanted to try out Whatcom Seed Company (seedrack.com) and ordered some seeds from them. I paid for them and waited for 30 days, but sadly the seeds hadn't arrived yet. So, I decided to email the company to let them know what was going on. However, I received no response back from them.

I waited for another week and emailed them again, informing them that I hadn't received any response yet. Unfortunately, even after sending a third email, I didn't receive any reply from the company.

My experience with Whatcom Seed Company was terrible! It's clear that they're a total rip-off and they shouldn't be allowed to run their business in such a manner. It's very disappointing to receive such poor service, especially when you pay for something with your hard-earned money and don't receive it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company as they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I suggest that you look for a better seed company to buy your seeds from.

Thought I'd give Whatcom Seed Company a try and bought some seeds for my garden. The seeds arrived but they looked quite weird, almost like little pebbles instead of actual seeds. I didn't want to judge them too harshly though and decided to sow them anyway, but unfortunately, none of them managed to germinate.

I was quite disappointed and wanted to reach out to the company to see if there was anything they could do to help or if other customers had experienced the same issue. I sent them an email but I never received a response back from them, which was quite frustrating.

I didn't want to give up on growing the plants I had in mind, so I decided to purchase the same type of seeds from a different company and was relieved to receive actual seeds that looked like, well, seeds. I sowed them in my garden and with a little bit of patience, they began to germinate.

Overall, I don't think I will order from Whatcom Seed Company again. The lack of response from them when I reached out and the poor quality of seeds I received left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope others have a better experience though!
