Everything came as advertised. Setting it up was quick and easy. The outer filter is surprisingly quiet and the tent itself is compact and fits just about anywhere. Nothing was damaged and all the materials were sturdy and of good quality. Definitely a great start to a starter experience.

Amazing product. Works as stated. They truly give you everything that you need to start and continue growing. They're prices are reasonable and the tent and rest of the equipment are made with high quality. I bought from them and am growing and will be a regular customer of theirs from now on.

The grow kit that I received had everything that I needed for growing in my apartment. I was a bit unsure on how to get my grow going but the support team helped to explain everything and answered all my questions. I recommend to all my friends that want to grow at home to go with TheBudGrower!

I loved my kit! It arrived with everything I needed for my grow. There was an easy video to follow and I called customer service with a few questions and I spoke to a very helpful British guy that explains some things to do to get started. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to grow inside!

The Bud Grower provides everything you might need for your home grown plants. Just amazed at what came today. Lights, pots w/saucer soil, super soil amendment, temp/humidity controller, fans for intake and exhaust, carbon filter, pruning shears, even garden gloves. out of the box and ready to grow.

I received my delivery within days of my order. Easy to assemble kit containing everything I needed to get started. Video instructions were provided. Excellent customer service. the representatives that I dealt with were prompt with response to my questions and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommned

I have yet to be unamazed. Customer service is friendly and helpful, personable and experienced. So much detail and care goes into just packaging your order, and upon opening it, you can visibly see that. They go beyond just selling you a product, but offer an abundance of help and resources after the sale as well.

I am quite impressed with this business. My order was shipped quickly, included all of the promised items and provided a complete "turn-key" system. In addition, when I contacted the company with a question about use of one of the items included in the system, my call was returned quickly and the staff member clearly and effectively provided the requested information. I plan to be a repeat customer in the future.

I live in an apartment where there is no sunlight. I love growing herbs so I was looking for something which I can grow at home without worrying about the sunlight. I came across thebudgrower and I ordered one signature LED kit. The kit came with the grow tent, soil mix bag, lights, and other growing essentials. It was easy to assemble and I'm in love with it. I would definitely recommend it to my family & friends.

This is truly a 5 star business! Their product has done exactly what they said it would do, with very little effort I might add. When my package first showed up (Dec 22, 2021) it was missing a minor part. I immediately emailed them an even over Christmas break I received my missing parts...Kudos Bud Grower, you're AWESOME! I am getting ready to place my next order here shortly. I absolutely recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE! My kit was delivered without a tent or a light. Owner won't return emails but a CR guy tells me the tent is on the way though I'm not provided a tracking number. The light? Well, I guess I won't be getting a light with my kit as they claim to have a photo of the package before it was shipped that shows the light. What a joke! Almost $750 and I can't even get started. Grrrrrr. I'm not the only one...read the reviews. I'm not a happy guy. I've been ripped off.

Excellent customer service. I have been searching for a tent for a while now and looked on Amazon and the big names. I came across The Budgrower and hands down they are the best at no pressure and they want you in a grow tent that meets your needs and not one they make the most profit on. The tent kits are the best value. Their prices are fair and they definitely have first-rate products with their first-class service. When you call about questions they either answer immediately or you get a timely callback. Super easy set-up and they have a Youtube that walks you through it. You will not go wrong buying from them.

Great customer service so far. I must admit, the price I paid vs. what the products were actually worth was a bit steep. If I had bought these items individually online, I would have saved a bit of money, I think. It was convenient, however, not having to search for everything I needed and buy them individually. It was kinda nice just getting everything in one box and being done with it. I also understand they are a business and are out to make as much money as possible. I'm not mad. That's the nature of business. If they didn't make money, they wouldn't be in business. They also shipped my order the same day I ordered it. Took a while to get the package but that's due to Fed-Ex.

I ordered the Advanced Indoor Grow Kit- and I must say this is by far the BEST complete grow for your dollar! This kit includes everything you need to for the perfect/ simple home grow. Not to mention the soil is the highest quality out there and you don't need additional nutrients (optional) because the California Super Soil that is also included with the potting soil has ALL the nutrients and more! I'm so pleased with my purchase and the excellent customer service that is provided when I have a question that comes to mind- they are always there to pick up the phone. I have continued to purchase additional items on occasion (that aren't on the website) but with a simple phone call they process my request manually and the shipping time is so swift! I love the Budgrower Team!

My Husband and I recently ordered the new Premium Grow Kit. The shipping was fast, especially considering the size and weight of the box. Everything was well packed and arrived safely at our East Coast location. Assembly was a piece of cake after watching the Bud Grower U-Tube video. I'll add though, that the frame work corners shown in the video are made of plastic, but ours are made of the same metal as the frame poles, and securely snap together allowing easy assembly and disassembly. The tent is extremely well made and fits the frame work snug. As mentioned by BudGrowers, everything you need is included in the kit. All that's needed is enough room for the tent and somewhere to discharge the turbo fan/filter exhaust. In our case, we removed an unwanted bath tub in one of our bathrooms and utilized that space for the tent. We rigged the exhaust tubing through a piece of Styrofoam insulation board that was cut to size for a window opening. Gorilla tape was used to secure the application. We utilized one of the narrow frosted windows locked in a position just large enough for the job. Looking at it from outside shows nothing out of the ordinary. In our opinion, this is the perfect and safest way to grow your favorite herb. We highly recommend The BudGrowers products for a growing experience that frees you of all the outdoor growing stress.
