Im on vacation I rented a 3 bedroom condo at westgate lakes and the night We checked in I killed a big roach I called front desk they sent someone to get it an spray (there was no other rooms available) next day I was in the bathroom and another roach can across the floor I killed it and took it to front desk. This is unexceptable and totally gross. I took pictures as well.
Desired outcome: money back, new room
