My friend and I started out with a call to Wellcare just to get the name of a plan that we saw advertising. We went to the operator first 10 minutes. We went to Customer Service 25 minutes. We went to the Customer supervisor 15 minutes and then we got transferred to prescription and they did not know anything we was talking about! She asked us for our membership plan repeatedly in fact all employees asked for the membership plan number and none could to tell us our names. This is a disgrace your customer service, they sucks. Online for 55 minutes and I called back, and the gentleman told me he was an operator and told me one moment he’ll be transferring me to Customer Service, I held on for 15 minutes, I heard nothing and I I called back and the gentleman told me he was the operator and told me one moment he’ll be transferring me to Customer Service he put me on hold and I heard nothing and I’ve been online now for 15 minutes and he never returned back to the phone to update! Shame on you WellCare shame on you and I bring people to you all the time, but not in 2024

Desired outcome: All customer service representatives need IT training. No one was able to locate the information of a title of the plan.
