Weavesmart- https://www.weavesmart.com/ review: Sarees not received and money not refunded

Paid the full amount and ordered 3 sarees on Aug 21, 2023. We got an email saying the delivery will be made within 7-10 days from the date of order. On September 14, 2023 (after 24 days) only one saree was sent and two Sarees were not sent at all and money was also not refunded yet. We were informed three times in between by the WhatsApp messages that the sarees were being booked from the weavers and again canceled the bookings because of the quality and damage issues.

Because of so much delay and unreliability, we requested for money refund. We were informed that the money refund started a week ago. Today again we were informed by the message that the orders were placed. We replied clearly that we don't want the sarees anymore, all we want is to cancel the order and refund money. We got a message saying "Sorry, we have booked the sarees."

Requesting to resolve this issue and refund the money asap since so much delay happened and products were never received. Very bad customer service. Calls attended only one time. Messages are also not being answered asap.
