The following company gave me very bad service.
WDTRONIX in Benoni [protected] Werner du toit
We agreed upon him installing an electric fence for me for R13 000.00.
I paid him the amount in full. He took very long to even start the job and never stuck to his appointments he made to come and do it. I got upset with his service and decided to ask him for my money back.. He said he cant give it back one time as he doesn't have the funds for it.
I understood and drew up a contract for him to pay me back over a few months R1000.00 pm. he agreed to this and that it would be paid each month by the 7th.
It had been 3 months now and not one payment has been made and he has not contacted me on any of the months with a reason for why he cant pay at the moment.
I still to the day have not received any of my money back and the fence hasn't even been put up.
Desired outcome: I would like my money to be paid back in full as soon as possible.
This is the way Werner seems to operate. Wants a deposit to buy so called spares then starts with excuses. In hospital or delayed on another job. Promises to pay back your money but never does

Takes your money to purchase so called spares then the excuses start. Sick in hospital and finishing other jobs. Very poor show indeed
Does anyone have his actual address, he installed a inverter for me last year, it's dead now, and he has blocked me
Werner also promised instalation of inverter this been going on for 8 weeks
