To whom it may concern,

I am extremely upset/angered with your service as of today. Never had I have I had such a poor experience! My mother received a call from a robin. There is no reason what so ever your agents should have called my mother! I have never provided her phone number to you and do not appreciate at all that she was harassed. Not to mention the fact of the tone of voice mail that was left for her comes across as threatening and scared her because of spammers that are out there! This is the voice mail that was left for her:
"crystal salazar, this is robin calling in regards to a matter that has been escalated to me for a final review. I need a returned call today i'll be in my office until 1pm est then i'll be back in my office this evening from 6-10 for your convenience. Crystal this is not a sales or solicitation call so if I do not hear back from you I will have to assume that you have no intentions of working out a voluntary resolution to this matter. Again my number is [protected] and you must enter my extension 1216101 call me today so I can help you."
1. As already mentioned no one should be calling my mother
2. Robin did not clarify who she was with. The only reason I called back is because of your people calling my mother and worrying her to begin with. Otherwise, without clarifying who she was and had she left that on my voice mail I would not have called back.
3. The tone of her voice mail was demanding plus towards the end threatening and I do not appreciate it
4. Saying again my number is was not needed because she never left her number until the end of her voice mail.

When I called in and told her I was very pissed off about this situation and the fact that she called my mother, she was very rude and continuously interrupted me or over talked me. I work in a call center myself and know the ins and outs of how it works. Then at the end when I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor now, now, now (because she continued to over talk me), she huffed and puffed on the line sighed heavily and said "oh my god" which then upset me even more!

Then I started talking to a qa person who barely half listened to me and just repeated information as if I was stupid. She started to over talk me even though I had told her that was setting me off more. I demanded to know how you all received my mother's phone number on my account when I never provided it to begin with and all she would say was I don't have access to that and I cannot find out how we got it. I told her how, while robin continued to interrupt me she said she could find out how you all received that number but had not. This agent continued to interrupt me as well and the lack of care in her voice was aggravating me even worse because she didn't care how this voice mail worried my mother. So I asked to speak with someone over her.

I was then transferred to a supervisor name ashley, in the end all she did was repeat the same information that was already listed, given, or provided by the other 2, she did apologize about the situation and said this would be reviewed by the appropriate supervisors.

I will be heard on this matter because in the end I really do not feel like your company listened or cared about the situation.

I've come to the conclusion that your company crossed referenced my account with my mother's account (since she and I live in the same household and she has had a card through comenity bank before) took her number and called her. Your agents lied about not having my phone number listed because I provide my number every single time. At one point your qa agent said she noticed that I was past due on my lane bryant account and tried to extract money for that from me too. Your company has been calling me fine with the lane bryant situation so how it is all of a sudden you didn't have my information for the wayfair seems suspicious. Also, if you're calling about 1 account don't try and push about another account. Not to mention the fact that your agent did not specify who she was with, which on one hand I understand how it was explained to me but there is still a way that she could have identified herself so I knew where she was calling from. Not to mention trying to say that this was in a final review, no one ever contacted me to begin with and if you were calling my mother this entire time then you really was not reaching me.in addition, I paid your company for both wayfair and lane bryant last week there is no reason you should still be contacting me at all about it.

I do not appreciate at all how I was treated today and will deter others from using your company if this is the kind of service we are all to expect.
