In March 2024, I placed my timeshare unit in the rental pool as I had been doing for the last 3 years. My timeshare week is in June. I reached out to them regarding payment for my week. I typically receive a check 60 days after the rental. I was told they never received my contract. After many calls and emails, they admitted they received the contract and make a mistake of not putting it in the "pool". The rental manager agreed to pay me for my week due to their mistake. Six months later, I have not yet been paid! They will not return my phone calls or emails.
