I paid Walzon Automation $500 via PayPal on November 5, 2025, for ecommerce automation services. The services were never delivered. When I asked for my money back, they promised me a refund in writing — first by November 19, then by December 1, then by January 5. They missed all three of their own deadlines and then went completely silent. No refund has been paid to this day. Their website and email have since gone dead. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General (TCP-065559), and reports with the FTC and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. I have kept the PayPal payment record and their written refund promises. Business owners: when a company puts three refund dates in writing and honors none of them, believe what that tells you.
Claimed loss: $500
Desired outcome: Full refund
