Wallys Ford on Nelliston, NY review: Improper refund for cancelation of vehicle service contract

Wallys Ford on Nelliston, NY charged me $3865.72 for a service contract on a vehicle purchase on Oct 31, 2022. I began attempting to cancel this contract on Oct 14, 2022 to no avail. I called 9 times between Oct 14 and Oct 25, getting different excuses each time. Finally They got back to me on Oct 30 at 6:00 P.M, I was not available, I called Ford Protect directly to cancel on Oct 25 and they canceled after following SOP. But they only refunded $1544, leaving a balance of $2035. So I called on Jan 6,2023 to resolve this and again nobody will get back to me.
