Just like the previous complaint from Stephen, I had the same type of experience with this law firm. I totally agree with him about this law firm being shady, incompetent and not trustworthy. They represent Irvine Company Properties and they started getting involved after I was getting retaliated and discriminated by the Community Manager of Park Place Apartments, which is one of the Irvine Company Properties, and after several attempt of illegally increasing my rent by 30% and without a proper notice. The guy's name who started sending me threatening and intimidating letters from this law firm is David Assiaban Esq. who just got his license a couple of years ago, and he has no clue what he is doing. He was quiet ignorant and rude and dishonest in his letters. As the other complaint mentioned the information contained in letters from David Assiaban was incorrect as well as being irrelevant and in fact illegal. He was trying to intimidate and bully me to give up on my rights and forcing me to move out and sign a release of liability to release them from any liability for their illegal actions, by making ludicrous allegations and fabricated lies. They cannot be trusted and I believe they need to be reported to the California Bar for violation of California Law and illegal practices, and for trying to intimidate and bully tenants who their rights have been violated by the deceitful and unethical business practices of Irvine Company who uses this shady law firm to back them up for their illegal and unlawful actions.
