I had booked way in advance accommodation for 4 people two rooms. upon arrival in the afternoon we were shocked to find a big demonstration outside with Mega Phones and drums making all sorts of noises. We went to checking in and found the lobby in total confusion and no rooms ready. We were told to wait for the rooms and we waited patiently. We clearly requested for rooms far up from the noise and to our surprise we were given rooms 609 and 605 of which the person who checked us in had told us they will give us rooms on the top most floor which was a lie. None of our rooms were serviced or cleaned for the all 3 days of stay. We ate breakfast paid using my Bonvoy Credit card and still while checking out they told me I have not paid and they were adding it on my bills yet it was fully paid. Eventually they said they are going to take care. The noise was horrible starting as early as 6 am. The hotel was very aware of this and did not inform us for us to make a choice of looking for an alternative on time
