VueStay Vacations review: Completely ignored

Booked vacation rental for 8-1-26 to 8-8-26, On 8-1-26 received call at 1:10 pm from area code 410--listed as Ocean City MD, Caller stated pool had "brown stuff" in it and needed drained and therefore was not useable for at least 2 days, Property we rented is in Sandbridge Va. The call came 3 hours before check-in. Recieved another call from area code 210--listed as somewhere in Texas, who has no clue about issues with house. When I responded back with my issues have been ghosted by these numbers and Still 6 days into 7 day rental have never been contacted by local rep. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST C
