VShred review: 1 on 1 coaching

My name is Michael Douglas. I purchased VIP 1 on 1 coaching on the evening of May 24, 2023, after persuaded to do so by Daniel, with the promise by Daniel that I could cancel within 72 hours. I sent repeated messages to your company on your website to cancel, starting on May 25, 2023. I also spoke with someone by phone to do so. I sent a text as well on May 26, 2023. I have documented proof of these interactions.

After receiving nothing from you in return, and with no other avenue to contact you, I requested a fraudulent charge to my credit card carrier. I assume you are now refuting the charge, as they are contacting me for proof of cancellation, which I will gladly provide.

As you can tell by records, I never completed the VIP Coaching Questionnaire, nor did I use any of the programs, as I thought my cancellation would be honored. Please let me know that the cancellation will be honored.
