I was at the Pavilions grocery store at 8969 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, on Sunday evening, September 24. Recently, many items have been moved within the store to different locations. I've been shopping at this store for over 21 years, and I keep meticulous financial records. I have spent over $54,000 in this store location alone during that time, at approximately $340 per week for years. When I couldn't find 3 out of 4 items I was shopping for, I went to the Customer Service desk up front to complain. After about 5 minutes, someone finally showed up at the desk. I complained I couldn't find my items. A slovenly, surly, young Latina female with long, black, dirty, wavy hair "sighed" and asked what I wanted in a wearisome way. I told her I current my items, one in particular. She told me she would show me where it was moved to. On the way, I complained that re-ordering the store was a great inconvenience. And she retorted, "If you'll stop yelling at me, I'll show you where it is!" in this nasty tone. I told her I wasn't yelling (I wasn't) I was making a complaint. She showed me the new location of the item, and I said, "If you guys wouldn't move things around like that without telling people where they are moved to, we wouldn't have these problems. She then turned and yelled at me, "Well, I DIDN'T MOVE THEM!" And I told her I knew that and I expected her to pass on my complaint to those responsible in upper management as a representative of the company. She told me she would "get her supervisor" and left the area, but neither she nor a "supervisor" ever returned. I got my items, finished shopping, and left.

Desired outcome: I would like Pavilions to ensure that this employee will be formally disciplined, and be required to take a Customer Service/Customer Relations course as a condition of her continued employment.
